The Chapin School engaged CGA to produce
a comprehensive capital campaign communications program, including
a campaign brand identity and stationery system, a prospectus,
a case statement, a newsletter, special event invitations
and finally a wrap-up brochure to celebrate the campaigns
exceeding its goal.

Chapin, a prestigious girls K-12 school in Manhattan,
organized its $30 million Centennial Campaign soon after the
conclusion of a strategic planning process and the appointment
of a new head of school. CGAs copy for the prospectus,
used for silent-phase fundraising, tied campaign
goals to the schools strategic goals. For the public
phase of the campaign, we wrote and designed an elegant, three-color
case statement that positioned the new head as the leader
for the future and because a rival, neighboring institution
had meanwhile kicked off its own campaign emphasized
Chapin's essential, unmatchable attributes. To keep donors
and volunteers excited about the campaign over the course
of several years, we designed a special donor-recognition
newsletter.
